Yes!
If you have one, yes! If you don’t, that’s ok you may borrow one of ours at no additional cost. We ask that you clean it with our special mat cleaner when you are finished.
Yes. All classes require a reservation. For in-studio classes, reservations must be made 30 minutes or more before the start of class. For virtual classes you may make a reservation up to a minute before class begins.
Yes. To make a reservation for someone other than yourself, simply log in to your account and make a reservation for someone else.
